“We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Perth on Murray Street. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service throughout our stay was impeccable – every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. My kids were also given a cute little stuffed Koala as a gift which they were excited about! The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and close to everything you could need. What really stood out was the level of service combined with great value for money. It’s refreshing to find a place that offers such high standards while still being very affordable. Especially the restaurant staff at Miss Mi and the food! AMAZING! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Novotel Perth on Murray Street to anyone visiting Perth.”

“We spent 4 nights at this hotel in April and had a pleasant experience with it. The hotel has a high ceiling hall and reception area which makes it looked spacious and airy with bright natural light which is welcoming. Room is spacious with good layout. And bed is comfortable with the pillows. We had breakfast included in our booking and must say it has a good spread and taste is good too. Staffs are friendly at the restaurant and helpful. Hotel is just a short walk from city center and we have lots of option for food and shopping. Train station is not that far away (via underground walkway) . It's a good location and yet at a quiet section of the city. Perhaps it is a common practice in Perth, we didnt find any water in the room and only upon checking with front desk then we were told there is free filtered / sparkling water at the bar counter. Guests just need to bring their own bottle to fill up. Perhaps a little notice in the room or a reminder at check in will help the international visitors. We also found the front desk was under-staff at times - or there was no one there on a few occasions. Overall, we had a good experience with the stay at the hotel.”

“We had an excellent stay at Novotel Perth. The check‑in process was incredibly quick and smooth, which made us feel welcome right away. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was modern and beautifully designed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the bed — unbelievably comfortable and truly the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. So far, we feel completely refreshed and extremely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service in Perth.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend staycation at Novotel’s Murray Street hotel. As locals, it was fun and super relaxing to base ourselves so conveniently in the city in a lovely upper corner room. Extremely quiet and well appointed deluxe king room. As Explorer members, we appreciated the welcome drink and amenity gift. We liked to be able to have an evening drink and light snack downstairs, bought a nice hot chocolate from the cafe and had a great breakfast in Miss Mi. Friendly staff throughout. Very conveniently located to our show at His Majesty’s Theatre and lively Shafto Lane.”

“We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Novotel Perth Murray Street and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. One of the standout features is its exceptional location. Situated in the heart of Perth, the hotel is within easy walking distance of key attractions and amenities, including Murray Street Mall, Elizabeth Quay, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, and the Western Australian Museum. This made exploring the city both convenient and enjoyable, without the need for transport. The hotel itself offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, with modern facilities and a professional, friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it provides a great balance of accessibility, comfort, and quality. The water in the shower could be hotter. It would have been nice to return after long days and enjoy a long hot shower, but the water was luke warm. Overall, our experience was extremely positive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on future visits to Perth.”
